1. General Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise specified, our repair services and parts include a 3-month limited warranty from the date of service.
This warranty covers defects directly related to the original repair or replacement performed by us.
2. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, the customer must return or ship the device to us for inspection within the applicable warranty period.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification. This inspection is required to confirm that the issue is related to the original repair and not caused by external factors.
Warranty service may include repair, replacement, or partial refund, at our discretion.
3. Shipping and Return
Customers are responsible for all shipping or delivery costs associated with returning the device for warranty claims.
If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we may, at our discretion, cover the return shipping cost.
4. Services Not Covered by Warranty
No warranty is provided for the following services:

Data recovery services

Computer cleaning or maintenance services
For data recovery services, no guarantee is made regarding the completeness or success of data recovery. By accepting the recovered data and/or signing a collection waiver, the customer acknowledges that all recoverable data has been received to their satisfaction.
5. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover, and may be void if inspection determines that damage resulted from:

Water or liquid exposure after repair

Accidental or intentional drops or physical damage

Electrical faults, power surges, or unstable power supply

Unauthorized tampering, modification, or opening of the device

Repair attempts by the customer or third parties

New issues unrelated to the original repair
However, this exclusion does not apply where the issue is determined to be caused by defective parts or workmanship provided by us.
6. Important Notes

This warranty applies only to the specific repair or parts provided, not the entire device.

Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service. While we take care during repairs, we are not responsible for data loss unless caused by proven negligence.

Warranty is valid only when the device is returned to us for inspection. Remote diagnosis alone is not sufficient for warranty claims.
7. Relationship to Terms and Conditions
These Warranty Terms form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you agree to both documents.
