- Services: Phuket My Mac (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides computer repair and maintenance services (“Services”).
- Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Company and the customer (“you,” “your”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Estimates: Initial estimates for Services are provided free of charge for MacBooks and are based on a preliminary diagnosis. For water damaged MacBooks however, there will be a 2,000THB diagnostic fees. Regarding any iMacs, there will be a 1,700THB reassembly fee. The actual cost may vary upon a detailed inspection. You will be notified and must approve any changes to the cost estimate before additional work is performed.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of Services. We accept National bank transfers and cash only. Payment must be cleared in full before you can collect your device.
- Warranty: We provide a 7 days warranty up to 6 months warranty based on the product purchased or the service used. Warranty does not cover issues caused by software, viruses, user error, physical damage or any hardware not repaired by us. Services like “device cleaning” or “data recovery” do not include any warranty.
- Data Recovery and Logicboard Repair Service: Those 2 services are due to be paid for if the service goal has been achieved. Once you’ve agreed to let us work on your device and perform one of this service, you allow us a week (7 working days) to freely work on your device without canceling during that period.
- Data Loss: While we strive to protect your data, we are not responsible for data loss. We recommend that you back up your data before bringing your device for service.
- Abandoned Property: If a repaired item is not picked up within 60 days after our last conversation asking you to collect your device, it will be considered abandoned and recycled. We are not responsible for abandoned items.
- Cancellation: Once you have agreed to our Services, cancellation is not permitted. If you choose to cancel after the repair is approved, a cancellation fee will be charged. This cancellation fee will amount to the time spent on the service up to 7 hours, at a rate of 1700THB per hour.
- Shipping Liability: We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or misdelivery of items during inbound or outbound shipping. All liability for the shipment of items rests with the chosen shipping provider.
- Limitation of Liability: Our total liability to you for any and all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from any services or work performed by our company.
- Changes to these Terms: We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
