Phuket My Mac – Terms and Conditions

1. Services
Phuket My Mac (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides computer repair and maintenance services (“Services”).

2. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Company and the customer (“you,” “your”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Estimates

  • Initial estimates for MacBook Services are provided free of charge based on a preliminary diagnosis.
  • Water-damaged MacBooks incur a diagnostic fee of 2,000 THB.
  • iMacs incur a reassembly fee of 1,700 THB.
  • MacMini and MacStudio diagnostics are free, while MacPro diagnostics incur a 2,000 THB fee.
  • Actual costs may vary after detailed inspection. You will be notified and must approve any changes before additional work is performed.

4. Device Collection
If a free diagnostic was performed and you decide not to proceed with repairs, we have up to 24 hours from the request time to reassemble your device for collection.

5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of any Service. We accept cash and National bank transfers only. Devices can only be collected after full payment is cleared.

6. Warranty

  • Warranties range from 7 days up to 6 months depending on the product or service.
  • Warranty does not cover software issues, viruses, user error, physical damage, or hardware not repaired by us.
  • Services such as device cleaning and data recovery are provided without warranty.

7. Data Recovery & Logic Board Repair

  • Payment for these services is due once the service goal is achieved.
  • Once you authorize work, we have up to 7 working days to complete the service without cancellation.

8. Data Loss
While we take care to protect your data, we are not responsible for any data loss. We strongly recommend that you back up all data before service.

9. Abandoned Property
Devices not collected within 60 days after our last notice will be considered abandoned. We are not responsible for abandoned items, which may be recycled, sold, or donated at our discretion.

10. Cancellation
Once Services are approved, cancellation is not permitted.

  • If canceled after approval, a fee will be charged based on time spent up to 7 hours at 1,700 THB per hour.

11. Shipping Liability
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or mis-delivery during shipping. All liability rests with the shipping provider.

12. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you.

13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from any services performed.

14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.
