Services<\/strong><br data-start=\"294\" data-end=\"297\" \/>Phuket My Mac (\u201cCompany,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d \u201cour\u201d) provides computer repair and maintenance services (\u201cServices\u201d).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"609\"><strong data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"423\">2. Agreement<\/strong><br data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"426\" \/>These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Company and the customer (\u201cyou,\u201d \u201cyour\u201d). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"629\"><strong data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"627\">3. Estimates<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"1079\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1vv4u60\" data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"734\">Initial estimates for MacBook Services are provided free of charge based on a preliminary diagnosis.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"yzc8pq\" data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"798\">Water-damaged MacBooks incur a diagnostic fee of 2,000 THB.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1sfa2w3\" data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"845\">iMacs incur a reassembly fee of 1,700 THB.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1hdos49\" data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"941\">MacMini and MacStudio diagnostics are free, while MacPro diagnostics incur a 2,000 THB fee.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"l02que\" data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"1079\">Actual costs may vary after detailed inspection. You will be notified and must approve any changes before additional work is performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1273\"><strong data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1105\">4. Device Collection<\/strong><br data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1108\" \/>If a free diagnostic was performed and you decide not to proceed with repairs, we have up to 24 hours from the request time to reassemble your device for collection.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1448\"><strong data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1289\">5. Payment<\/strong><br data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1292\" \/>Payment is due upon completion of any Service. We accept cash and National bank transfers only. Devices can only be collected after full payment is cleared.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1467\"><strong data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1465\">6. Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our Warranty Terms form part of these Terms and are available at: <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.phuketmymac.com\/warranty-terms\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3525\" data-end=\"3568\">https:\/\/www.phuketmymac.com\/warranty-terms<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1808\"><strong data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1806\">7. Data Recovery &amp; Logic Board Repair<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1987\">\n<li data-section-id=\"snvbl1\" data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1881\">Payment for these services is due once the service goal is achieved.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1b1slq\" data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"1987\">Once you authorize work, we have up to <strong data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"1941\">7 working days<\/strong> to complete the service without cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1989\" data-end=\"2158\"><strong data-start=\"1989\" data-end=\"2005\">8. Data Loss<\/strong><br data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2008\" \/>While we take care to protect your data, we are <strong data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2093\">not responsible for any data loss<\/strong>. We strongly recommend that you back up all data before service.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2160\" data-end=\"2383\"><strong data-start=\"2160\" data-end=\"2185\">9. Abandoned Property<\/strong><br data-start=\"2185\" data-end=\"2188\" \/>Devices not collected within <strong data-start=\"2217\" data-end=\"2228\">60 days<\/strong> after our last notice will be considered abandoned. We are not responsible for abandoned items, which may be recycled, sold, or donated at our discretion.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2385\" data-end=\"2468\"><strong data-start=\"2385\" data-end=\"2405\">10. Cancellation<\/strong><br data-start=\"2405\" data-end=\"2408\" \/>Once Services are approved, cancellation is not permitted.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2469\" data-end=\"2581\">\n<li data-section-id=\"4zetk4\" data-start=\"2469\" data-end=\"2581\">If canceled after approval, a fee will be charged based on <strong data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2580\">time spent up to 7 hours at 1,700 THB per hour<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2583\" data-end=\"2737\"><strong data-start=\"2583\" data-end=\"2609\">11. Shipping Liability<\/strong><br data-start=\"2609\" data-end=\"2612\" \/>We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or mis-delivery during shipping. All liability rests with the shipping provider.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2898\"><strong data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2770\">12. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><br data-start=\"2770\" data-end=\"2773\" \/>Our total liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from our Services shall <strong data-start=\"2860\" data-end=\"2897\">not exceed the amount paid by you<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2900\" data-end=\"3058\"><strong data-start=\"2900\" data-end=\"2917\">13. Indemnity<\/strong><br data-start=\"2917\" data-end=\"2920\" \/>You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from any services performed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3060\" data-end=\"3188\"><strong data-start=\"3060\" data-end=\"3084\">14. Changes to Terms<\/strong><br data-start=\"3084\" data-end=\"3087\" \/>We may revise these Terms at any time.
